Florian Winkler, Director, Madagascar Operations
Florian Winckler has a MSC in international relations from the London School of Economics, and joined GEXSI in 2005 as project coordinator, from 2006 as deputy head of the Berlin office. Florian supervised parts of the GEXSI project portfolio and built up the Jatropha Learning Network for GEXSI. In 2007 Florian relocated to Madagascar, where he assumed responsibility for developing GEXSI’s activities there.
