Fund management

Fund management is a core strength of GEXSI Capital Partners. 

Within our team, we have the ability to structure, set up, and manage fund structures ensuring that the investments achieve positive social and environmental returns at the same time as generating commercial returns, and accounting for the financial, legal, and tax needs of the investor.

For example, in 2010 GEXSI Capital Partners initiated the Rainforest Connect Fund.

Created for the charitable arm of a German family office, the focus of the Fund is to identify and invest in commercial ventures in rainforest regions in Africa that introduce new sources of income for local inhabitants, while at the same time conserving primary forests and their unique endemic plants and animals.
